I love this cake, is another very traditional Chilean cake, is usually we just fill with raspberry preserves and the fruit, but I like giving it a different touch handle adding lemon curd or preserves.

Tip: Always buy the same day the raspberries are delicate and Peak Gust Easily ruined.
