When we couldn't score a TD from 6 yards out I knew we'd have problems. If whe score there this is a completely different game. That being said we are only down two touchdowns. If our offense can find some rhythm and the d makes a big play or 2, anything can happen. If we play the same, we are headed home with a 42-21 loss

This secondary is ruining my weekend

Don't blame this on the secondary. The entire defense is struggling. How many times have we been in the backfield? How many times on obvious passing downs did anyone pressure Allen? He's also thrown every pass on the nut. It's easy to see what happens downfield after the play has completely said, "do whatever you can do past the line of scrimmage". This is on the entire defense. DL has to disrupt "something". LBs need to blitz on obvious passing downs. Lord knows they aren't in the mix in the backfield on passing downs.

As for Broadway... he isn't sharp... but I'm ok with our offense right now. If he would have picked up the TE over the middle... we'd be looking at a TD or less right now. He's also not to blame for marching the length of the field to come up with a shanked kick.

I don't like FGs against favored opponents early in a contest anyway. It just doesn't say, "I want to rip out your jugular" enough to me. But... that's just me.

We're still far from out of the game, but halftime adjustments need to be made. A plodding 5 minute TD drive punishing with our Run game is needed right now. Key is getting some pass defense.
