Thread: Cajun's Recruiting Coordinator for Houston?

Default Cajun's Recruiting Coordinator for Houston?

I am an alum and I am taking this winless start as hard as anyone. But unlike some, I think I could help a little. I am a HS coach in Houston, and we have 4 major D-I talents on our team. As far as I know, the Cajuns have not offered any of them. Two of them are New Orleans transplants that might appreciate heading back over to Louisiana. If anyone could get me an email address to the coach in charge of recruiting Houston, I would appreciate it very much. And, if everything works out, you will be very happy!

You can go to two sites, www.ragincajuns.com then click on football, then click on coaches, and you should get all your info from there.
Go to www.louisiana.edu , then find type in search for athletic staff.

337-482-1000 for UL info, when operator comes on, ask for Coach Bustle's office.

I think you are getting your answers, but I have to pipe in that I appreciate you doing this.

I am providing our coaching staff with 2 D1A athlete's names from a Louisiana HS that UL has a strong connection with, as of late. It may be kind of silly, but I do not want to put the name of the school out on here. We have a strong tie at this point to this school. The strong backers of this high school are adamant about UL taking a look at these 2 athletes. Their comment, "you like the guy you got from us didn't you, well come see these guys, they are animals just like him".

We have to stay on mission as alum and friends of the university. We are going to prevail with our football program. We have a lot of changes coming that will do nothing but help the program. Some will recognize how they can help and do it, and others will only complain about their concession stand experience (I just had to say that). Thanks again!

I, believe that Troy Wingerter is the recruiting coordinator and that Hurlie Brown handles the Houston area for recruiting.
