GAME 2: November 9, 2013 Ragin’ Cajuns Softball Alumni Game
The Ragin’ Cajuns Softball team is hosting two special fall games: one against the USSSA Pride & another one against the Alumni. The game vs. the Pride is an unique opportunity for you to get a first look at the 2014 edition of the Ragin’ Cajuns compete against the best pro-softball players. The USSSA Pride is made up of former Olympians and team USA members like Cat Osterman, Caitlin Lowe, Natasha Watley, and former collegiate players like Keilana Ricketts. The Pride will compete against our own Ragin’ Cajuns led by Jordan Wallace and Natalie Fernandez and Shellie Landry and a bunch of other talented new faces. This game is September 29, 2013 at Lamson Park at 2 pm.
In order to cover the game guarantee ($5,000) and other expenses to host this game, we need your support. We are offering a VIP PREMIUM PACKAGE which consists of: 5 tickets behind home plate in the grandstands, 1 parking pass in front of the stadium, and post-game access to the players for autographs and pictures for $100. The game versus USSSA Pride offer, “US” a golden opportunity to get championship experience against the best players in the world, and it is also a great opportunity for us to fundraise for our softball program. Last year, THANKS TO YOU, we had the biggest crowd of all of the stops for the NPF tour. You are the best softball fans in the country! Let’s pack the stands AGAIN and continue to show how this community embraces top notch softball.
GAME 2: on Saturday, November 9, 2013, we will have an ALUMNI softball game; an Alumni team consisting of former players will take on the 2014 edition of the Ragin’ Cajuns Softball team. But there is more: we are inviting back all 33 teams (Coaches, players, fans) for a great weekend. It’s time to “COME BACK HOME“! We will celebrate a special reunion and recall special memories. We will watch some of the great players of the past play some “OLD TIMER” softball games against each other. We will finish the day off with this year’s team versus the “best of the past” at 5 p.m.
The combined package for both events is $150 which guarantees you 5 tickets for each/BOTH games behind home plate, 1 parking pass in front of the stadium for both/each game, and post-game access. “YOU” are the biggest reason for the success of this program both past and future.
