Bon Temps Grill is presenting Lafayette with a seafood dish on the lighter side. Today’s Dish of the Day is the seafood creole cobb salad—a meal you can enjoy the taste of Cajun without the guilt of fried and battered.Sautéed and succulent lump crabmeat and shrimp are set on mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, a boiled-egg, red onion, cheddar cheese and Coca-Cola Applewood smoked bacon that gives this salad a sweet and smoky kick. The salad is then tossed with a zesty, homemade creole ranch dressing.
Grab a table, slide into a booth or have a seat at the bar to enjoy this salad for $11.25, and receive $5 off when you spend over $25 or pair your dish with a half price bottle of wine when you mention Eat Lafayette.
