New Bowl Game for SBC Contenders

A new bowl game is coming to Montgomery, Ala., according to a report from Jon Solomon of al.com. The game, which will be played at the Cramton Bowl, will feature teams from the Sun Belt and Mid-American Conferences. The inaugural game will be played in 2014.

While it's nice we have another Bowl option, having it at a stadium that seats 25,000 is underwhelming.

I see no reason that after we get our stadium done that we don't bring back the OIL BOWL---Get an Oil Show two and I think that every body in the patch of the world would contribute for the positive feedback that could be gotten with Oil related TV ads!!!

No doubt.... Lafayette showed with the Top 28 how hospitable it can be, i think we'd be a good fit for a bowl game
