This should come as no surprise now. As I tried explaining a couple of weeks ago before CH attempted to murder the thread, the difference between LSU and UL now is getting smaller every recruiting season. If this staff stays together another season, the recruits UL will be getting will be on par with most of the upper echelon programs in the country. They are running a first class organization as good as any in the country when it comes to recruiting. That is something I never thought I would type about UL.
Anthony....welcome to Cajun Country! You are going to love being a Cajun! GEAUX CAJUNS!
Agreed.
Great article on the NOLA deal by James Smith---Talks about the schools that were after him and his video is tough enough!!! I guess they can't deny the obvious any longer---the obvious with the Bowl wins and crowd and now with the NO guys we are getting!!!
Boomer...I sent a email message to the publisher of the TP this morning about not seeing anything on the Jones commitment. Mentioned how the TP staff had been following Jones' recruitment, especially by the Tigers and it seemed they were not reporting on him now because he committed to UL rather than LSU or Tulane. Anyway, I was nice, but pointed out how this was looking to Cajun fans.
The article on Jones hit the internet after lunch, but I doubt my message had anything to do with it. I figure the piece was already written or in the process and I just jumped the gun when I didn't see it when I perused their site at 7AM this morning.
Welcome to UL A.J.
