Spain Day Three

A lot of teams up north go to Canada because it is cheaper than flying to Europe. It gives them a little more practice time for the team. Marlin indicated he would like to do it as often as possible from now. I guess it has been a while since the Cajuns have gone overseas.

These teams that we are playing? How do they stack up? Are they Spains vesion of AAU, semi pro...are they University teams? Are they pick up teams??

Used to be?????? How can you stop being a Barca fan in 2013? They're such an amazing team. Over the past few years, any time Barca is on TV I stop what I'm doing and watch because I know I'm probably watching the greatest soccer team ever assembled, led by the greatest player to ever play the game. Man I love to watch those guys play.

If any coach wants an almost perfect example of teamwork, when Barca gets their possession game going, it is a work of art. Basketball (in general) could take a cue from this team.

I still really enjoy watching them play, I do consider Messi one of, if not the greatest in the world right now (way too hard to say who is at this point). I am also a big fan of Iniesta. I guess my problem became their style of holding the ball and trying to win games 1-0. I understand it, but give me the days of Ronaldinho, Henry and Eto'o. That was so much fun.

But like I said, I still like watching Barca. I am not a Neymar fan, however...
