Surgent Ready for Senior Season
Former Alexandria Senior High WR Darryl Surgent is entering his senior season at UL and is ready to help the Ragin' Cajuns win their first Sun Belt championship un Coach Hudspeth. Go inside the Cajun Redzone for the rest of the story!
The (6'0, 185) Surgent was a major contributor in last season prolific offense at Louisiana, finishing his junior year with 34 receptions, for 569 yards and three touchdowns. But with the graduation of Harry Peoples, Darryl will move inside to play the slot receiver in the 2013 version of the Ragin' Cajuns offense. The senior receiver gave the Cajun Redzone a few minutes of his time to talk about the fall practice and the 2013 season.
