BALTIMORE — The Astros have scratched their starting pitcher for the second consecutive game. Rookie lefthander Brett Oberholtzer will face Baltimore on Wednesday. Manager Bo Porter said pregame Tuesday that Bud Norris — who was scratched from his start — would take the mound Wednesday if not traded. As of 1:20 p.m. CT, Norris was still on the Astros while the club weighed offers before a 3 p.m. non-waiver deadline. But Oberholtzer is replacing veteran lefty Erik Bedard, who was still listed at the team’s starter.
