For 30 minutes (with F5 refresh) I studied the incremental even-Steven rise in Mountaineer Nations poll numbers, and the only way to do what they did is with an incognito window and an automated macro.

You can do it from an iPhone; go to settings; safari; accept cookies never; when you vote just click the adress bar and hit enter it will bring up the page so you can vote again.

Yeah I just vote and tap the top black bar where the time is and it brings up the web adress and I just hit enter and it refreshes it is very fast I've voted about 200 times. Just shared it on my Facebook hopefully some of my Cajun friends will join in, keep the petal down like HUD would say
