Absolutely, unequivocally cool. You and Missy would have enjoyed yourselves last night. If that Latech thread wasnt so sad, it would be funny.

Boom, just by looking at it, Reinhardt is getting straightened out.

I'm sure access on Reinhardt will be restricted on gamedays between the Oak by the Tigue and parking lot entry across from the practice field. Looks like a pretty cool promenade from the facility to Cajun Field.

On a side note, this will also tie in neatly with the bike plans the University has, which in turn could dovetail nicely with LCG's bike plans.

On a side-side note, this whole corridor (Cajundome Blvd from Johnston to Eraste Landry) REALLY has some incredible potential. Hopefully, Tee Joe and LCG Joe have had some talks about this area could really blow up with some forethought.

T's idea from a chat some time ago......i found it profound. Blackham+barn would be an awesome location to expand dorms. Easily enough acres to add another 3-4k on campus dorm/apartments same as those just finished with ample space for multistory garages lined up on back side.

Location perfect for student athletes too and their tight early am schedules

If I had the money and lived in a perfect world, we'd demolish Blackham and the barns and build a 6,000 seat basketball-specific arena with an accompanying basketball complex with coaches offices, practice courts, etc. Maybe get rid of (historic) Earl K. Long and pump up the on-campus parking or housing in that space. Or pump a ton of money into the Cajundome (although, as much as I love it, the Cajundome is too big for most NBA teams, let alone a mid-major college program, even when we're at our best).

---maybe the first negative although kind of positive critique---Wife says that the chairs in Hud's office are too feminine and need to be much larger--thought with the guys coming into talk that she might have a good point!!! Actually I guess we are hoping that they can't fit in those chairs!!! lol

You are right, they did a very, very nice job on the project. I would also like to recognize Channel One Video, another Lafayette company, for their involvement with the animation project and our new DVD.

There are a LOT of good things going in in Lafayette ladies and gentlemen AND new companies are picking up the rope every week ... thanks to the Casino for not only picking up the rope, but pulling it till $42,000 came out!

FYI - We at Channel One cannot take any credit for the animation. The animation was done by Vector Graphics in Lafayette.
