Not trying to argue you with you one way or the other, but if you see 5 loses can you tell me where they are?

I think KSU comes out ____ed and wins at home.
ASU on the road
WKU on the road
and ULM
Ok, thanks, just curious.
I felt the same way after I traveled to the Oklahoma State game last year. Our team ended up being much better than they performed that day. then again, we did lose to NT as well. I guess it's hard to tell.
I agree with you but I think last year's defense was actually better which scares me. OSU was a travesty as was the Arkansas game. I do think that KSU will be better and to me, a better barometer of where we are. I think that our conference is top heavy and we need to win 2 out of the 4 tough games I think we will have in it along with not getting tripped up by USA and we get 8 wins but I can see 7 wins with some bad luck or just a lack in improvement.
Can't compare the blow out last year and the could of should of this year !!!!!
You can compare the facts that we did little to nothing good on defense in either game and one difference is that last year's defense was better than this years. I take that back. There was one positive in this past game. We did hold them scoreless for the last quarter and a half but that's about it.
I'm not sure where you see that this year was a could of should of scenario but OK.
Also, my point attempted to stretch the entire season. Last year's defense was better, certainly at this stage but they had much more experience and some pass rushers which we don't have this year. They ended up being, statistically, one of the worst teams in all of FBS football against the pass. Point is, if they were that bad with that amount of experience, we have a long way to go this year just to be considered a bad defense.
Arkansas killed us. This is a program with so much talent that last year they were picked pre season as one of the best in the country. Then is turned out they were very poorly coached. Now they have the same SEC talent but are very well coached. The hope here before the game was that it would take a few games for them to settle into the new schemes and that we would be sharp since we are in the third year of the HUD program. Turns out they were sharp and we were just enough off that we couldn't overcome the talent gap when the other team is that well coached. I don't think I learned anything much from last week about our team other than we are not ready to beat a talented SEC team that is well coached yet. If we get manhandled again by Kansas State, I'll start to get a little worried. But now, meh....Hud will have them ready to go.
