---Blue Doggie can you tell me the years that Phil Robertson played for Tech??? I know I had to play against him and just wondering about the time frame---I just can't remember his as being too good!!! There was a QB named Laird and then a Bradshaw guy ---I think I might have a video of a game or 2 when he played!!!

The idea that Arkansas will line up and play "Wisconsin" style run it down your throat football makes picking our boys very tough...

9-3 would be a damn fine year! But, it sure feels good even considering a 10 win season

The idea that Arkansas will line up and play "Wisconsin" style run it down your throat football makes picking our boys very tough...

I'll take the Wisconsin style everyday of the week with our current team. Our front 7 can handle the run and that's our strength. All of our defensive questions are in the secondary.
I much rather that than Oklahoma state style. Also, with our offense we can match the Wisconsin style, and if we get ahead, it's hard to come back with ground and pound football. The past 2 years we have faired much better against "Wisconsin" style than we have against Oklahoma state style.

And the vast majority of the Hog team was not recruited to play that style of ball. Petrino built this team to be more wide open.

The good news is Bielema will be doing this with players that were recruited to play in a passing style offense. Also when you look at two schools that we played who depended on the run, San Diego State and Florida, neither was able to run over us. They both had to resort to passing and this is where I like our chances against their inexperienced QB. Let's get inside his head and get a few picks.
