There is more to the story. I also put on my little scouting cap for a little while and checked out the other talent besides my son. There was one particular group of senior laden studs at LSU I'll refer to as the dirty dozen. These were the guys the cameras followed throughout the whole camp. They were the mean bunch that was just ready to eat a college football after they squeezed the air out of it.

As a fan and scout about 1/3 to 1/2 of those guys were also at the UL select camp in Hud's dirty dozen. I'm not going to try to nail down an exact number because there were so many players and they had helmets on at the LSU camp. Anyway Les spent abot five whole minutes the afternoon making an appearance and that group was the one he took interest in. Out of that group were two juniors who were about 6'7". Those guys were the only two Les took any real interest in. The kicker there is they were the two let's say unstudliest of the whole group. Putting my scouting cap on, I'd say Hud has the inside track to about 6 real monsters on offensive line plus a couple of 6'6" Red headed Ruddy looking boys from the Mississippi delta country. Didn't notice them on the practice field, but they are real men. they were each carrying about 320 lbs. like it was nothing.

I'm pretty sure those guys shouldn't sign here though. I mean they couldn't be very loyal having attended a camp in Baton Rouge the day before coming to Lafayette.
