It would be great if these lawsuits eventually led to schools being allowed to pay the players off of the profit they make from this game which would mean the game could use the actual player's name. Also, if schools used real names and whatnot, that would make the game much more accountable for being more accurate with our rosters. I'm pretty sure a few of the players on our team on the game do not exist in real life. And it's a way to put some extra cash in our athlete's pockets.
