Bayou Teche’s LA-31 tops mag list

Arnaudville’s Bayou Teche Brewing’s first offering, LA 31 Bičre Pale, is at the head of Southern lifestyle magazine Garden & Gun’s list of its favorite seasonal craft brews. The Knott brothers — Karlos, Byron and Dorsey — brew their beers to compliment Cajun and Creole cuisine, as the magazine notes in its description of LA 31:
