One of my friends played for the Boston Red Sox's as a pitcher, and I will never forget the month he was called up to the Bigs, his wife called my wife and was freaking out on the size of his first check! Hope many Cajuns get to experience the same.
While listening to Coach Babineaux on the way home today, it got me thinking about one of the most exciting players to watch on our team last year....Dex Kjerstad.
Does anyone know how/if Dex has recovered from his injury?
How lethal would the Cajuns be if he had returned (healthy of course)?
I wonder if he's been watching/following the team?
He is playing for the Lexington Legends, which is the Class A team for the Royals. According to his stats, he has only played in 10 games so far this season. Maybe he just came back, IDK.

After some research, it looks like he just started his season on May 25th with Lexington. So, I'm guessing that these 10 games are his 1st 10 games in the minors.
