Johnson’s Boucaniere is well-known for its smoked meats, and today you should try one of the meats stuffed inside a potato. The smoked meat potato starts with a buttery baked potato loaded with your choice of pork or brisket and then topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green onions with homemade barbecue sauce on the side. While you are there, pick up a batch of housemade smoked jerky for snacking and a Hello Dolly (if there are any left because these sweet confections sell fast) — two of my personal favorite treats.
