Greetings. I am attempting to set up a Sun Belt football news site. So far, I am the only writer. As you can probably imagine, covering an entire conference on your own can be quite difficult. This is a free website and I am not making any money on it. In fact, I am paying to have the site hosted online. Conferences like the SEC have several dedicated news sites that help fans remain informed. This extra coverage also exposes the conferences to more casual fans, which helps their teams reach new markets. My goal is to help bring this kind of exposure to the Sun Belt so that our programs are not left in a media black hole. The site is not glamorous, but it is still a work in progress. I'm not a writer but as an avid Ragin' Cajun fan I looked over your site; I think you are doing a very good job with it and hope you get help from each schools fan base.

Any good publicity for the Sun Belt is also good publicity for the individual schools!

I agree. Nice start to a much needed source for Sun Belt news and such. As long as the Cajuns are still there, I will be checking it out. Just don't be an apologist for the league - hit them when appropriate.
