CHICAGO — The Astros’ first contest during a three-game interleague series against the Cubs at Wrigley Field may not start on time. The infield tarp was rolled out at 12:15 p.m. Friday and the clubs canceled batting practice before a 1:10 p.m. game. Astros manager Bo Porter was informed a quick, hard rain is expected. “(The groundskeeper) said when it hits it’s going to be hard; it’s going to be heavy and going fast,” Porter said. “It’s going to be heavy.
