Don's Seafood and Steakhouse's seafood salad starts off the summer-long local dining campaign as the EatLafayette Dish of the Day.
We are kicking off EatLafayette with a week devoted to Downtown dishes. We start with the seafood salad from Don’s Seafood and Steakhouse. Since 1934, this Downtown icon has been serving French-Acadian cuisine at 301 E. Vermilion St. This well-known menu favorite features boiled shrimp, crab meat and boiled and fried crawfish over a bed of crisp mixed greens, topped with tomato wedges and a boiled egg for $12.95
