Sending in a photo

How could I get a photo on the R Pagin screen??? I can give this to Java Women and I think she could do it!!!

Shouldn't this type of thing been brought up before the RP Council for a vote; possible auction item, etc?

Well they promised to search for Soccer guys who could kick Touchbacks in the area---Starting to get ____ed as the photos are arriving!!!
