The Ragin’ Cajuns women’s tennis team will look to build off of a successful 2013 spring season as Louisiana added to its depth with the signing of Julie Cremers and Nelo Phiri to national letters of intent for the upcoming 2013-14 season, head coach Greg Harkins announced on Thursday.
