    It is Thurman, not Furman. But I did know who you were talking about.

    Also Strentz double play was not unassisted. There was a throw from the 3rd baseman. Anyway fun to watch the guys play.

    Where was lucroys draft stock after his 3rd year?

    Correction noted. I think we'll be seeing his name a lot more next year, giving us old guys a better chance to get it right.

    The play that I remember was Mike's perfect throw to the plate from Left to "Thurman" cutting the runner down at home! Jay's description on the radio was quite descriptive.

    His throw to the plate I thought was a good as the double play. Different types of plays but both very exciting.

    Since we like to correct people......The play would have been scored 3-2 with the throw coming from Jace at 1B

    Lucroy was drafted in the 3rd round. That was after his 3rd year.

    Thanks, I do not have a very good memory. Just remember it was a great play.

    MLB teams don't draft kids on assisted double plays. Players get draft on if they have pro baseball tools.

    I can promise you we won't see today, maybe tomorrow....most likely early Saturday

    That is what I'm thinking. Probably around 25th round.
