Sweet!
I'll take a stab at it Boomer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We probably would have won 46-50 games and hosted a regional!!!!!!!!!
We probably would have won the regional and be going to BR this weekend for Super Regional!!!!!!!!!!!
And our bats may have still been stymied, but could have been 3 games at 1-0 or 2-1. Any team with 2 studs on the bump has a good chance in Super Regionals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was fun-------- but he chose ECU. Best of luck to him.
Nope. Sure don't. I'm sure the "chat" groupies will chime in soon saying that they know, and proceed to NOT tell us though.
I would be surprised if we offered the kid from McNeese; almost as much as I am surprised that he made the team; his numbers were not impressive at all.
Of course one of the kids that made it, Alabama's freshman sensation closer, was the one that melted down against Troy in the ninth inning of their game; (I believe) 2 hits, 2 HBP and 2 walks, the last being a walk-off.
Another thing that surprised me were the number of players that made the Freshman All-American list ... a lot.
