Was a fun team to watch this year and looking forward to getting some pitching back next year with Griffit and some juco signees. Will be a good addition to a potent hitting club.

Let's be honest here, the Cajuns are more talented at maybe 3 position that LSU. We also have Austin who would be their Sunday starter, they are just a better team that we are. We needed to win the first game to have a shot at all.

Honestly I don't think lsu defense is any better than UL. UL problem has been overall lack of pitching depth. Plus stop trying to hit a homer. Put some hits together. Overall had a better season than I thought they would have. Proud of them

As always it sucks to lose to lsu but this team is going to be scary next year if we can pick up a couple or three good arms.
