ANAHEIM, Calif. – If the Astros want to select Stanford senior righthander Mark Appel with the No. 1 pick in the 2013 MLB amateur draft, agent Scott Boras said Saturday he won’t get in the way of putting the Houston native on a quick, clear path to Minute Maid Park.
