There is a game on ESPNU at 7pm CST ... and there is only one game scheduled for 7pm CST (Arizona State and Columbia play at 6pm CST ... the western regional they have been broadcasting).

Never mind ... the schedule was updated and is now showing several games at 7pm CST ...

No, Farney is running hard on the hit ball (two outs) ... that ball was up in the air for a while. If the ball hits the ground (where it was in the outfield), it takes a couple of seconds for one of the three Cajun players in the area to pick up the ball and make the throw (if the ball does not get away). Farney scores ... and I do not think it is close.

I think you are right there. That would have been disaster after That force play, Trahan to Conrad that should have been Trahan to Compton to end the game.

Not second guessing just dont know a whole lot about pitching and time to rest.

I know he didnt go long but two days rest seems short.

Yes ... and his momentum was taking him towards first base ... would not have been a difficult throw for him.
