On Bitter's show today he said he might revisit the decision at the park today. Talked like the Cajuns were beat up including with 2 players out (including centerfielder) who were some of the better hitters. Also wanted Austin to get Regional experience. Then said you still had 1 starter left-forget his name. He didn't say it-but I also think maybe he wanted the team focussed and maybe felt like yesterday the team looked past Sam HOuston-maybe he felt holding Austin again might send that same message. That's what did it. We can only hope that SHST (obviously assuming they get dropped into the loser's bracket tonight) are down to some less effective pitching. As we continue into the regional... our pitching is going to be one seriously interesting ride.

They have 4 strong starters and a solid pen, but who knows? It's college baseball so weird things can happen.

I hope not. He is the best Cajun hitter I have seen since Papo Ramos.
