The biggest obstacle to our rebranding is ourselves. This school is so inconsistent in what they call themselves. For example, they send out emails saying not to refer to them as ULL, yet their official wireless internet password has ULL in it. Plenty of teachers also call the school ULL. Once the school, in one collective voice, starts calling themselves UL, then the students will follow. Most of them dont know any better right now. So when they hear professors calling the school ULL, then of course they will think that's what you call the school. Getting all the faculty and students on board will go a long way in improving the brand elsewhere.
