Baton Rouge Regional Ticket Sales Begin Thursday

Shat, I just bought 2 standing room only tickets. this should be interesting. I'm sure there will be seats available for the Sam Houston game, but if we end up playing LSU, I wonder where standing room only actually allows you to stand??

If I remember correctly SRO is behind home plate and the 1st and 3rd base dugouts. This is the only time I'm glad my parents have been lsu season ticket holders for the last 30+ years. They have four tickets under the grandstand behind home plate

Yea the view from there is good. The only problem is sometimes it can get 5 or 6 deep

How can it be sold out? Sold out of booklets?

I would think that would be because tournament booklets have been sold for all available seats. No individual game tickets would be available. Just my thought on the situation.

Well crap. Does that mean I probably wont be able to obtain single tickets to any of our games? I don't want to get stuck outside the gates by myself in Baton Rouge! I might as well cancel the reservations and stay home.

I'm pretty sure it is just ticket booklets that are sold out.

Regardless, I'm sure there will be plenty empty seats and extra tickets floating around - maybe even some single game SRO tix - for the non-LSU games.

You can also check the LSU ticket marketplace if you want to make sure you can get in tomorrow night. but I don't think it will be a problem. There are currently 12 listings for the UL/SH game.

I'd be very surprised if a neutral site game with UL and Sam Houston in a 13,000 seat park is sold out. If it's half full I'll be shocked.

Exactly. You'll be able to get tickets tomorrow without a problem. Saturday is another story.
