Astros righthander Bud Norris, who has exited his last two starts with back stiffness, is set to start Monday at home against the Rockies. “Bud’s fine,” manager Bo Porter said. “He threw his bullpen. He’ll make his scheduled start. He’s good to go. No setback, no problems whatsoever.” Norris (4-4, 3.86 ERA) is 3-1 with a 1.93 ERA at Minute Maid Park this season and 1-3 with an alarming 7.71 ERA on the road.
