Officials with the Astros, Rockets, NBC Sports Group and Suddenlink Communications met Monday with Mayor Annise Parker at her City Hall office in what was described as a positive beginning to discussions concerning stalled carriage talks for Comcast SportsNet Houston. No resolution was announced, and none was expected.
