UL fans that are familier with UL sports and listen on the radio on a regular basis are well aware of the limitations of 1420 and how to access the games via other means. Those that are Johnny come lately's have to learn on the run!

I still and will always believe in needs to be this way.

ESPN 1420 move to Hot 107.9 (flagship at 100,00 watts)
    Hot 107.9 move to 96.5
    KPEL 96.5 move to 1420

I'm not a radio guy...but doesn't a lot of that come down to how much advertisers are willing to pay for ad time on various stations based on format and audience size?

I'm sure it does. Not saying it is possible, just the way it should be.

if I had won the Powerball jackpot on Saturday night, then I would have fixed it all today!

Got you. I too wish they could afford to either make the changes you listed...or upgrade the power so I could get the signal after dark. Just not a good situation.
