For the third straight night, Reach USA overcame a huge deficit to avoid a big loss with a 96-94 win over Ataletes Lithuania 96-94.

Reach trailed by 18 with just over seven minutes to go in the game. Western Kentucky’s T.J. Price hit a three pointer from the top of the key with 15.7 seconds in the game to put the victors up by one. After a failed Lithuanian possession, Stacy Wilson, Murray St. University hit one of two free throws but runs down the missed attempt as time ran out.

This is the third night in the row that Lithuania blew a 16 or more point lead. Reach was led in scoring by Price with 29, followed by Payton of Louisiana-Lafayette and Wilson with 15. Price also grabbed 10 rebounds to collect a double double.
