Our budget is still not good. Even at 20 mill. Our budget would be one of the lowest in CUSA

But truth be told...we beat them hands down. In fact...most of the schools in CUSA now have worse facilities than we do. These officials that are coming down here now are prolly running back to Banowsky screaming why did we invite Charlotte these guys are ready to go?
I'm sure C-USA does its due diligence in looking at potential conference mates.

I don't know what schools you're thinking of but Trust me when I say our facilities are truly some of the worst out there. There's nothing to hang our hat on when it comes to facilities.

As long as CUSA officials never had to use the restroom or buy nachos at Cajun Field we should be fine..

Simple. Ply them with beer and Deano's.

Who do we direct nachos-related emails to? I don't want chips and (0.001 oz.) dip. I want an entire bag of warm.. golden-fried...crumb-less...rounded...tortilla chips smothered in that awesome golden liquid sauce.

Time out...the majority of those schools that went to CUSA from the Sun Belt have been trying to copy our baseball and softball programs for years...even down to the stadiums we use. We were way ahead of the curve on Indoor Practice Facilities for mid major programs. Compared to other mid majors, and namely the ones getting into CUSA...we are not even close to worst.

The softball field yes, but the Cajundome is a dump and crap basketball arena. It is cavernous and with our awesome crowds it looks like a Tulane football game.

Troy's new arena is really nice and we should have something similar. 8500-9000 seats that are close to the action and a ceiling that you cannot bungee jump from would be nice.

---I love the C-Dome---When we were fearing the beard and had 8K-9K it was ROCKIN'---We just need some kind of basketball success to have the magic back!!!
