    Following the conclusion of their rookie minicamp, the New York Jets on Sunday announced the signing of former UL defensive tackle Lanier Coleman.

    i know he was working as a strength coach for the Rice for the last few year, good to see he made an impression and hopefully can latch to the team for a while. he was always a freak in the weight room, over 300lbs at less than 10% body fat.

    Actually he works as strength and conditioning at rice university a few years ago then he actually moved to university of California with strength and conditioning. Cal has some amazing looking facilities and he has been keeping in great shape.

    yeah it is rice...sorry, i knew it was in houston but didnt look it up to verify which university. i just saw that he got on with U.C. Berkeley
