Against the Angels on Thursday, Porter called for reliever Wesley Wright after Paul Clemens had walked a batter with two outs in the seventh inning. As Wright was warming up, Angels manager Mike Scioscia brought in pinch hitter Luis Jiminez to bat for J.B. Schuck.
