RCAJUN90, 80 to 90 percent of the people who post here are also on Delphi. Some of us like to visit both venues.Originally Posted by RCAJUN90

Hey, all I wanted to do was give a genuine thanks for the "good pub" that the McNeese Round Up got from Dan McDonald at the Advertiser. The day after, the McNeese Sports adminstration thought it was a very classy gesture on the paper's part.Originally Posted by RCAJUN90
I never thought all of this would spin out of control like it did. UL has a lot to be proud of in its athletic tradition and your facilities are first rate. We at McNeese have a tough battle to fight for upgrading all of our facilities, but we are slowly getting there.
Maybe some of the posters are right, we are making too much out of the game. It does get woefully tiresome after a while. But, I will say, we took different paths and that's really fine. We really don't have the growth or can anticipate the growth that UL has had, and we are okay just where we are.
I hope some day UL can reach its pinnacle that it is truly working hard for and truly deserves.
Thomas Paine once said "That which we achieve too easily we esteem too lightly for it is dearness alone that gives it value. . ." One day the Beast in the East will have their come uppance precisely because of that statement but we need to all pull in the same direction because it is really an exhausting fight sometimes.
I'll try to stay quite for a while; didn't mean to get you guys on a tangent.
Well why don't you give me a unique name?Originally Posted by Cajunsmike
