I'm not sure what you are talking about. Fot the last 3 weeks I've been down Cajundome Blvd at least 3 times a day. The entire side of the indoor facility facing Cajun Dome Blvd was finished in about a week. Looks like it's really moving now being almost totally enclosed. With the elements out of the way, the inside should move along quickly being that the building is really only a "shell". Go drive by & look at it................you'll be surprised.

I drive by almost everyday, and I see what you're seeing...it looks almost done to me Redbug.

Same here, they have been working on finishing the roof, ridge-vent, and painting the side vents so they can complete the siding all the way up. When it comes time for laying down the turf, that won't take long. I went inside a few weeks ago and they are doing a lot of work inside that you really cannot see by just driving by. Coach Bustle told me that they said June 1st, now he said he might not believe it until he sees it, but at least they are letting him know they are making an effort to get it ready for football season. After all, just becasue the whole things is not 100% complete doesn't mean it wont be ready for the football team to use...

Depends, Bustle said in late winter he expected it for June 1, 2007. I heard that personally. He may have said something else recently.

The team comes in early August, so we still have plenty of time. The only concern I have is the contractor can do the job, but will he do the job.

Bottom line is like Red Bug and some of you have seen and said, The building is almost totally enclosed now and this will allow for like any building/home being built, progress reguardless of the elements!!

Having this complex complete prior to the begining of August when the football players come in is all that matters. Right now they are working out in the weightroom, throwing it around some and going to class. They are indoors most of the time now unless they are throwing, doing drills, running, etc.

ps Be patient ladies and gents, be patient!! Spend more time going out and earning some more money to buy your season tickets and getting your friends to do the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whooooaaa there popsy, I said I don't always agree with what you say. I didn't say that I don't agree with everything you say!! Big difference. I agree with you whole heartedly about the indoor facility. I also agree with you very much about you telling the truth and some people not wanting to see the truth/facts or even more so HEAR the truth/facts! Certain folks are their own worst enemy. And no I am not laughing nor will I ever laugh at anything you post. That is disrespectful!

Did you go inside? When I said "it's something to see" I was talking about the size when you walk inside. As for the glitz and glamour... there really isn't any, but there is no need for any. However, when the building is complete they are going to dress up the area a bit.
