OK---just checked the Brewers out in the morning DA------PH Lucroy --1 for 1------330 on the year!!!! and I guess he is still married to the same wife!!!! LOL

Lucroy has been back with the Brewers for almost two weeks. He is back to a starting role in most games. Catchers get more frequent breaks than other position players due to the demands of the position.

Actually, the other catcher is hitting .283 as of today. Prior to his injury, Lucroy was catching all the games except when Wolfe was pitching. It looks like this is still taking place with Maldanado catching instead of Kottaras who was traded earlier this year to the A's. Due to his two months out with the hand injury, Maldanado has actually played in two more games than Lucroy this year.

Not saying he is better than Luc, just saying that with the length of a MLB season it it good to have a descent backup so you don't wear down a catcher. But I still say he would look better in an astros uni.

I'm a big Luc fan, but I was actually hoping they'd send back the Brewers to the AL where they came from, and keep the Astros in the NL. Wishful thinking..................
