    And I'd argue we're getting to a point where he may even surpass that. I've seen Yadi run the bases in person...cement shoes doesn't begin to describe how he moves.

    ^This. If we want to talk about a perfectly well-rounded catcher, Lucroy is the best. But Yadi gets the glam because he's an ace when it comes to gunning down stealers.

    It stinks that he's in the NL with Posey and Yadi. Makes it hard to win Gold Gloves or Silver Sluggers

    Won't be hard getting a FAT contract. The Brewers know what kind of talent they have.

    Yadi gets the glam because he does everything, including handling a staff that consistently contends for World Series titles with different rosters. Yadi is still the standard. Luc hot on his heels though.

    He is a free agent after 2017, three more seasons. He will be 31, probably in line for a contract similar to Brian McCann got last year, five years $85 million.

    I think the 2017 year is a club option with a $250,000 buyout. I'm wondering if the buyout if for the player.
