How is Georgia State in this event?

Did the Sun Belt let them in early so that they could have somewhere to compete? Just thought it was weird to see them so soon in golf and not the other sports...

They were allowed in some sports early. Golf and tennis that I know of. They won mens tennis and were runners up in womens. Now leading gold. Nice member so far if you ask me.

On the Sun Belt board I saw a Georgia State poster say that once they accepted a SBC invite that they weren't allowed to participate in post season events with the CAA in sports that don't involve a set conference schedule. So that would explain why they are in every post season tournament minus M&W basketball, baseball, and softball.
