Outfielder Fernando Martinez was pulled off the Class AAA Oklahoma City bus after Friday night’s game and told to prepare for a return to Houston, ending his rehab assignment. The Astros activated him off the 15-day disabled list in time for Saturday night’s game against the Cleveland Indians. Martinez, who suffered a strained left oblique muscle four days before opening day, was 2-for-18 on his rehab assignment.
