Loved hearing from Rusty, and I can't wait for things to officially get under way. The singular thing that bothers me in all this is, in reference to getting Phase 1 in front of the UL Board for approval, the time frame since the unveiling of the Master Plan has been "30-45 days" (or a derivative of that). 3 weeks later, we're still operating in the 30-45 day window for getting it up for approval. I trust that they're working, and I trust that it's going to get in front of the board sooner than later. I fully believe that we'll be breaking ground by the middle of June. It's just the neurotic part of me that wants that "30-45 days" to change to "the board's next meeting on Thursday" to signal that it's about to go down. Kid at Christmas syndrome, I guess.
