With a pair of triples and two sensational grabs in center fielder, Justin Maxwell took much of the spotlight Sunday night as the Astros introduced themselves to the American League with an 8-2 rout over the Texas Rangers. Rangers ace Matt Harrison was cruising along nicely until Brett Wallace hit a one-out single up the middle in the fourth inning. At that point, Harrison had retired nine consecutive Astros after Jose Altuve led off the first with a single. One out after Wallace’s single, Carlos Pena singled through the left side.
