We really needed that one going into another road weekend. Way to rally fellas. Side note-it's a good feeling to have when your closer comes in and you just know he's going to come through for you. Matt has really matured from last year.

Yep...especially to go down...against a team that had manhandled you for 9 straight games...then to come back and go up...in THEIR park. THAT was impressive.

Just kidding! It is great for them to come back and get this win ... I will agree with the "mental momentum" guy SNOTE, this was a MUST win for a team establisihing an identity as winners! They just came off their worst series of the year (one which was winnable if they played just a little better) and they were playing a team that really had our number ... not anymore!
