"Hudspeth said White will report in June, will have three seasons of eligibility remaining and should play this year.

It may be tough for him to unseat projected starters Justin Hamilton, Christian Ringo, Brandon McCray and Chris Prater, but the Cajuns hope their newest add can quickly become a rotation regular on the line.

"He's definitely a guy we feel can help us in the fall," Hudspeth said, adding that White will "need to get in shape."
