I never heard that, but then again there was a lot that was not heard.

Yeah, Frenchie, I am with you there. Very short on details how to execute this "plan". It is exactly what I was afraid of. My confidence level in this adminstration has not been really improved with what i just saw. They come up with more details, timelines as Buckley & Travis were asking I will step up to the plate to help over and above what I currently do.

You have to believe that the first phase is fully funded. If they are going to the board they have the funds. More importantly is phase two, we need to secure the funding ASAP. If Phase 1 is $20 million then, Phase 2 is probably $70-80 million. Long term naming rights of Cajun Field and Tigue Moore could secure half of the cost and the sales of suites will cover a fair amount as well.

I think we can see all three phases completed within 5 years if we are aggressive.

We are about to start a 20 million dollar renovation. They just finished a master plan. I'm pretty sure they will have info on financing soon
